Cristiano Meira
Compositing Supervisor/Lead Compositor/Senior Nuke Compositor
Cristiano Meira kicked off his career in 2000 as a VFX Producer in São Paulo, Brazil, diving into all sides of post-production. From 2000 to 2006, he built a strong foundation managing projects and working closely with creative teams.
In 2006, he shifted gears to become a Flame Artist, collaborating with a wide range of directors and clients on commercials and music videos. Always curious and eager to learn, Cristiano made the move to Los Angeles in 2010 to study Compositing/Nuke at the Gnomon School of Visual Effects—an experience that deepened his love for the craft.
Visual Effects has been his passion ever since. He’s worked in studios across LA, San Francisco, and now New York City, earning credits on feature films and episodic projects along the way.
Cristiano is currently a Compositing Supervisor / Lead Compositor at Chicken Bone FX, where he's still doing what he loves—bringing stories to life, one frame at a time.
